SHIPPING & TRACKING

How do I track my order?

You can track your order once it has been shipped. An email and SMS notification will be sent with a tracking link which you can use to track your order.

You can also track it by logging into your account on the website.

Can I modify the delivery address for my order?

It may be possible to change the shipping address if the order hasn't been shipped or processed yet.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We ship all orders within 3-4 business days of receiving your order.

For Metro cities orders are delivered within 1-2 days after shipment.

For Non-Metro cities orders are delivered within 3-4 days after shipment.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

We provide Free Shipping for all orders delivered in India.

What if my order is undelivered?

In case our courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to any reason, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is processed by our team.

To make an order cancellation request simply create a return request by clicking on the "Create Return” button at the bottom of the page ( you can also go there by clicking Here) and selecting "Order Cancellation Request" as the return reason.

You can also contact us to cancel your order via any of the channels mentioned in the Contact Us page or by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.

How do I create an exchange request?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Otherwise, please contact us after creating your return request and we will help you out.

Why can't I see the Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

Currently we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option. We request you to use an alternate payment method for placing your order.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case your payment fails, please retry and confirm if the payment information you've provided is correct i.e., card details, account details, password (for Net Banking) etc. and that your internet connection wasn't disrupted during the process.

If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is automatically rolled back to your account within 10 business days.

Do you take bulk orders/ customise requests?

Yes, we do.

You can email us with your requirement details at support@wobinobi.com or use any of the channels mentioned in contact us page to reach out.

Please Note we do not offer returns for customized products.

RETURNS

What is the return period for my order?

Your satisfaction is our topmost priority at Wobinobi.

If you are not happy with your purchase you can easily return your order within 15 days of delivery.

How do I create a Return request?

To create a return request please click on the "Create Return" button at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions on that page. (You can also go there by clicking 'Here').

Are there any charges for returns / Will I get a full refund on return?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

There are no charges for return and you will get a full refund for your return, so you can shop worry free.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is picked up, we will notify you when we've received and inspected your return.

After inspection you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
